1 Richmond Street West is an existing office building in downtown Toronto. The main lobby and building entrance were upgraded and modified to create a new retail area and to refresh the lobby space. The corner entrance was opened up with a new structural-glass wall to bring daylight into the space. Existing chrome and dark marble wall finishes were replaced with new cherry millwork and glass and mirror partitions to brighten the space. Exterior window awnings and signage were also upgraded as part of this project.
