This conceptual master plan is the culmination of quick brainstorming sessions to maximize the existing property's use. The existing shopping mall property was re-imagined with multiple uses in order to re-create it as a community hub while supporting the existing retail facility. Highly ambitious in scope and vision, the local city council embraced the project as "the way planning proposals should be done."
